Dr. Randy Vollrath
Dr. Randy Vollrath was born and raised in Edmonton and he and his wife Colleen raised their two sons in Morinville. Dr. Vollrath began his Bachelor of Science program at Concordia College in Edmonton in 1993 and then completed his Chiropractic degree at Parker College in Dallas Texas, graduating in 1999. After practicing in Texas for 5 years, he and Colleen moved to Peace River where he continued to practice for 12 years. Dr. Vollrath recently sold his practice in Peace River so that he and Colleen could move to St. Albert to be closer to their family.
Dr. Vollrath specializes in the most gentle and specific Chiropractic technique, called Activator Method. He will also provide traditional manual adjustments if requested.
Dr. Vollrath is a member of the American Academy of Chiropractic Acupuncture and also has a Fellowship in Nutrition from the Renai Sante Institute of Integrative Medicine.
While in Texas, Dr. Vollrath was the team Chiropractor for a Minor Pro Hockey team called the “Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees” that played in the Central Hockey League. He continued as the team Chiropractor for the “North Peace Navigators” Jr. Hockey team in Peace River.
Dr. Vollrath loves treating families, from infants to geriatrics and everything in between. He is especially looking forward to helping young athletes from all minor sports in St. Albert achieve their greatest physical potential with Chiropractic care, acupuncture, injury rehabilitation and nutritional guidance.
Outside of work, Dr. Vollrath loves spending time with his wife and family.
Dr. Jeanette Amato
Dr. Jeanette Amato became interested in chiropractic through her many years of Tae Kwon Do training. Upon completing her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta in 2003 Dr. Jeanette moved to Sydney, Australia to pursue her chiropractic studies. In 2007 she graduated from the Health and Chiropractic Department of Macquarie University and returned home to begin practice in Edmonton.
Dr. Jeanette has a special interest in pediatric and family chiropractic. Using many gentle and low force techniques, as well as manual adjusting, she is able to customize your treatment to suit your needs and goals for treatment.
Dr. Jeanette specializes in making you feel comfortable and relaxed even if you’ve never had a chiropractic adjustment before!
When she is not at the clinic, Dr. J is spending time with her daughters Maria and Valentina, her husband Nick, and their fur babies Bella and Rosie.
Dr. Rema Zawi
Chiropractor, Medical Acupuncture Practitioner
Dr. Rema Zawi grew up in Toronto. She moved to Edmonton in December of 2013. After fast-tracking secondary school with honours, she pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto. Dr. Zawi later obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2007 where she served as class facilitator for the third year chiropractic clinical course. She was given the privilege of being on the interview committee for applicants entering the Doctor of Chiropractic program. Along with obtaining Canadian and American boards, Dr. Zawi received certification in Medical Acupuncture from McMaster Medical School in 2008.
Dr. Zawi’s passion for healthcare did not end at her graduation. She worked in multiple different clinical settings and was also a board member of the Ontario government agency‘s ‘Trillium Gift of Life’ Network that is responsible for organ donation and transplant in Ontario.
As a Chiropractor, Dr. Zawi is specialized in assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal problems such as low back pain, whiplash, bad posture, post pregnancy pains, sports injuries, neck, shoulder, knee, foot and numerous other muscle and joint pain and dysfunctions. Dr. Zawi is passionate about giving her patients the best chiropractic care available with up to date evidence based treatment and techniques. She loves to educate her patients and strongly believes that education is power and that prevention is the best medicine.
Dr. Rema Zawi is married and has two lovely young boys. Her favourite things to do are travelling, swimming, reading and cooking.
Colleen brings 12+ years of experience to Core Chiropractic. She received a Chiropractic assistant diploma from Parker College in 1998 and in 2004 she and Dr. Vollrath purchased their first clinic in Peace River. Colleen loves to make everyone feel comfortable and feel at home in our clinic. She is very focused on detail and wants to make your time with us a great experience. She has been a Chiropractic patient and advocate for over 40 years and she wants to help make your every visit the best visit ever.
When not at work, Colleen love spending time with family, reading a good book and walking.

Allie is always ready to greet you with a welcoming smile and exceptional client care. Having worked in the holistic health industry since 2014, Allie is a fountain of knowledge in the field of holistic wellness.

Allie is passionate about helping others achieve their goals! She has overcome her own struggles with her weight, food addictions and depression. She has lost over 100 lbs. and is eager to share her success with you from a place of no judgement.

Barbara graduated from the Northwest Institute of Massage in 1989. She then continued her education with the Brain and Spinal cord Institute in West Palm Beach Florida where she completed 5 levels of cranial sacral therapy. She has had 29 years of body therapy experience and has added many more modalities to her list of accomplishments. She has worked in both Physiotherapy and chiropractor clinics. She specialises in whiplash and auto injuries as well as sciatica, migraines, TMJ, frozen shoulder, herniated disc, asthma therapy, and more. She enjoys the relaxed atmosphere of working at Core Chiropractic and welcomes the opportunity to assist everyone in their search for better health.
